Esaote among top 400 companies to work for in Italy

Esaote has been ranked among the top 400 companies to work for in Italy. This was revealed in a survey conducted by Statista, a German independent research institute and world leader in online market data. The survey took into consideration some 2,000 companies with at least 250 employees in Italy, and involved more than 15,000 employees. Each of them was consulted anonymously, with the first question being whether they would recommend their company to relatives and acquaintances.

The participants were then asked a series of 12 questions relating to their workplace, including about the working environment, promptness of pay, respect for individuals, family-related factors, training, environmental protection, etc. The final ranking was based on the scores generated with the assignment of 0 to 10 points to each response.

The survey was conducted using the internet access panel system, which involves the spontaneous participation of respondents during private online browsing. The fact that Esaote is ranked among the top 400 companies is therefore down to the initiative of those working within the company who wanted to dedicate their time to the benefit of our entire community, clearly proud to contribute to ambitious projects in a stimulating working environment.

Of the top 400 companies, 172 are based in Lombardy, 48 in Lazio and Emilia-Romagna, 38 in Piedmont and only 6 in Liguria.
